Furthering our cause of promoting Chronic Disease Prevention is the most important goal of our team. We seek to support, empower, and provide high quality resources to the Dunn County community. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value we provide to those we serve. Learn more about what we do below.
The CDP team meets on the second Thursday of each month from 2:30 to 3:30

STORYWALK
In 2020, our CDP team received a grant from the Community Foundations of Dunn County to install a StoryWalk in Lakeside Park! The walk was installed at the end of 2021 with a grand opening in the summer of 2022!
