GOALS 2025-2027
The Mental Health and Wellness Action Team's initiatives will be focused on increasing access to mental healthcare through the following goals:
Collaborate: We want to bridge the gap between community members and the system by localizing resources.
Advocate: Oftentimes, individuals experiencing mental health struggles may not know what resources are available. Our goal is to make sure that available resources are clear and well known, so individuals know where to go when they need support.
Expand Existing Program Reach: There are many programs that provide awareness and resources for mental health in Dunn County. Our goal is to expand their reach, awareness, and accessibility.

Each year, MHWAT updates the Dunn County Community Resource Guide, so our community members know what is available for them.
Our newest addition for 2025 is the "Important Numbers" Infographic, so you know who to call when, and for what.
The printed 2025 Community Resource Guides are available to take at over 100 community organizations across Dunn County. Keep your eye out when you are going to lunch, a community event, or receiving other assistance. Need one now? Call (715) 232-2388.
When did the guide start?
In 2020, the Mental Health & Wellness team was awarded a grant from the Community Foundations of Dunn County. This grant was utilized to create the Dunn County Resource Guide!
